★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço técnico de baixa qualidade, tendo poucas peças ofertadas no catalogo para resolver seu problema. No caso de produtos mais antigos não vale a agendamento de visita, visto que eles não tem peças de conserto. Além de um procedimento de atendimento ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falei pelo telefone qual era o problema, quando o técnico chegou disse que se eu tivesse falado qual era já teria trazido a peça! Pois bem, depois de verificar, ligou para empresa e está disse que a peça custava 760,00 e demoraria de 6 a 7 dias para chegar! No mercado livre e na própria Brastemp a mesma peça custa 240,00 e 181,00!! Poderiam ganhar até 400,00; se fossem mais honestos! Preferiram ganhar somente 60,00 quanto paguei pela visita!
I spoke on the phone what the problem was, when the technician arrived he said that if I had said what it was I would have already brought the part! Well, after checking, he called the company and said that the part cost 760.00 and would take 6 to 7 days to arrive! In the free market and in Brastemp, the same piece costs 240.00 and 181.00!! They could earn up to 400.00; if they were more honest! They preferred to earn only 60.00 as I paid for the visit!

Levei um aparelho para consertar, um climatizador Consul, e este serviço ficou em cinquenta por cento MAIS CARO QUE O APARELHO NOVO. Para consertar o aparelho aceitaria pagar até metade do valor deste e não o valor de um novo MAIS cinquenta por cento.
É espantoso.
...e marquei uma estrela porque senão não postam...minha intenção era nenhuma estrela.

I took a device to be repaired, a Consul air conditioner, and this service was fifty percent MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE NEW APPLIANCE. To repair the device, I would accept to pay up to half of its value and not the value of a new one PLUS fifty percent.
It's appalling.
...and I marked a star because otherwise they don't post...my intention was no star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou zero estrelas por que não tem. Péssimo atendimento. Já chega na loja ninguém na recepção. Quando a atendente veio, veio na maior má vontade. Aviso nenhum na internet sobre abrir ou não no feriado do dia 20/01. De uma vez minha esposa trouxe uma cafeteira da minha sogra para reparo e não precisava do copo eles disseram. Hoje trouxe outra cafeteira já disseram que precisava e não aceitaram trazer o copo no dia seguinte. Tive que voltar com a cafeteira. Já estou entrando em contato com a zurich pelo descaso dessa assistência que em campo grande infelizmente parece ser a unica.
I just don't give zero stars because it doesn't have it. Terrible attendance. No one at the reception arrives at the store. When the attendant came, she came with the greatest unwillingness. No notice on the internet about opening or not on the 20/01 holiday. One time my wife brought a coffee pot from my mother in law for repair and she didn't need the cup they said. Today I brought another coffee maker, they already said I needed it and they didn't accept to bring the cup the next day. I had to go back with the coffee maker. I'm already contacting zurich for the lack of assistance that in Campo Grande unfortunately seems to be the only one.
