★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.No dia 11/08/2020 as 14h levei meu carro no loc para alinhar e balancear. O responsável pelo serviço (Dalton), me disse que estava "agarrado" e que deveria voltar no dia seguinte, 12/08/2020. Na manhã seguinte, por volta das 08:30h, retornei e novamente me disse que estava "agarrado" e que eu voltasse depois das 14h.
Imediatamente me desloquei para BH, sendo o serviço executado com esmero, no Centro Automotivo Alan Car, localizado na Rua Modestino Gonçalves 177, Nova Vista. Serviço de alinhamento e balanceamento de qualidade, que indico a todos! Às 12:30h cheguei em casa, Sabará.
Péssimo local!
On the 11/08/2020 at 14h I took my car in the loc to align and balance. The person in charge of the service (Dalton), told me that he was "hooked" and that he should return the next day, 08/12/2020. The next morning, around 8:30 am, I returned and again told me that I was "hooked" and that I would come back after 2:00 pm.
Immediately I went to BH, the service being performed with care, at the Alan Car Automotive Center, located at Rua Modestino Gonçalves 177, Nova Vista. Quality alignment and balancing service, which I recommend to everyone! At 12:30 I got home, Sabará.
Bad location!

I asked for a quote, they asked to wait, I did not receive the quote in advance as prescribed in the Consumer Protection Code ART 40, they only told me the amount I would have to pay r$ at the cashier.
