★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem no dia do cliente ganhamos um presente viagem perdida meu marido saiu do trabalho 1 hora e meia antes do seu expediente para ir até essa loja retirar um gabinete e teclado. Saiu da zona sul de São Paulo o trânsito é imprevisível, através do Waze viu que chegaria na loja às 18:05 hs, ligou na loja às 17:15 hs avisando que iria atrasar esses poucos minutos, quem atendeu falou que não dava para esperar. Ok parabéns pois não adianta atender bem pessoalmente e por telefone ser tão rígido. Pois saiba que esses poucos minutos fez com que perdesse alguns clientes!!! E no dia seguinte também se atrasou para o trabalho pois teve que ir novamente a loja para retirar o produto que não conseguiu retirar por conta de 5 minutos.
On the client's day we got a lost trip gift, my husband left work 1 hour and a half before his shift to go to this store to pick up a cabinet and keyboard. He left the south of São Paulo, the traffic is unpredictable, through Waze he saw that he would arrive at the store at 6:05 pm, he called the store at 5:15 pm to say he would delay these few minutes, who answered said he could not wait . Ok congratulations because it's no use serving you well in person and on the phone to be so strict. Well know that these few minutes caused you to lose some customers!!! And the next day he was also late for work because he had to go to the store again to pick up the product that he couldn't pick up after 5 minutes.

Amazing price, SUPER good guys, they took care of my PC Gamer perfectly, and they have LOTS of gear in there!
