★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO. Precisam urgente de um treinamento de atendimento ao cliente. Você entra em contato com dúvidas e o profissional te atende e trata igual um lixo, como se fosse sua obrigação saber. Te interrompe antes mesmo de você explicar sua situação.
Se eu estou questionando, é porque tenho dúvidas. Não vou fechar negócio ou seguir em frente sem compreender o que estou pagando.
Direção, prestem bem atenção em quem vocês colocam para atender o cliente. Tinha interesse, mas desisti no primeiro contato.
Se querem ser escorraçados igual cachorros no telefone, liguem pra lá, recomendo!
Lousy service. They urgently need customer service training. You get in touch with doubts and the professional attends to you and treats you like trash, as if it were your obligation to know. It interrupts you before you even explain your situation.
If I am questioning, it is because I have doubts. I'm not going to close the deal or move on without understanding what I'm paying.
Management, pay close attention to who you place to serve the customer. I was interested, but I gave up on the first contact.
If you want to be chased out like dogs on the phone, call there, I recommend it!
