Ao final das coletas (sangue etc) o cliente tem possibilidade de avaliar o atendimento em um formulário, ajudando a clínica a melhorar seu atendimento, o que deveria ser padrão em todo tipo de serviço.
Great service! Little waiting time and kind and polite attendants. Extremely professional, friendly and kind nurses. At the end of the collections (blood etc) the client is able to evaluate the service in a form, helping the clinic to improve its service, which should be standard in all types of service.

Chamaram nos sem nem se quer passar álcool no balcão.fiquei MT nervosa pq não tinha como não se encostar no balcão.pq tem papéis para assinar.no meu ponto de vista por se tratar de um laboratório deveria ter uma ala para atender pessoas com covid..estávamos lá .para outros tipos de exames.sinceramente fiquei com MT medo... Em relação ao laboratório foi só isso mesmo.
I took my daughter for exams. In front there was a man with symptoms of covid.qd he left the counter. They called us without even wanting to pass alcohol on the counter. I got nervous MT because I couldn't help but lean against the counter. I have papers to sign. In my point of view, as it is a laboratory, there should be a wing to assist people with covid. ..we were there .for other types of exams. i was honestly scared of mt ... In relation to the laboratory, it was just that.
