★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pedido veio com alguns problemas: o feijão não veio quase nada, pois a embalagem abriu no caminho; a carne além de estar requentada, não é picanha, COM CERTEZA não é picanha.
E pra completar, uma representante de nome Fabiana do restaurante ligou, e, ao invés de tentar solucionar o problema, preferiu ser ríspida e discutir ao telefone. Como picanha quase todo dia, e definitivamente sei o que é ou não uma picanha.
A gente tenta diversificar os restaurantes, mas é pra gente mesmo aprender a não ficar pedindo em qualquer lugar. NÃO RECOMENDO!
My order came with some problems: the beans came almost nothing, as the package opened on the way; the meat, in addition to being reheated, is not sirloin, IT IS SURELY not sirloin.
And to top it off, a representative named Fabiana from the restaurant called, and instead of trying to solve the problem, she preferred to be harsh and argue over the phone. I eat picanha almost every day, and I definitely know what picanha is and isn't.
We try to diversify the restaurants, but it's for us to learn not to order anywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
