You can not give 6 stars that sorry, Simple and Wonderful Cake, my suggestion Creamy Fuba, Service Note 10, really has the flavor of childhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ia comprar um bolo e tomar um cafe. Esta certo que era dia 31/12. Mas ja que esta aberto, na minha opniao,tem que estar funcionando tudo. Pedi um cafe e a moca falou que nao podia fazer , entao tambem nao comprei o bolo e nao pretendo ir novamente, pois compro em quem quer trabalhar. Fui na padaria Príncipe e comprei o bolo e tomei meu cafe... O sabor de infancia pra mim foi bem amargo...rs
I was going to buy a cake and have a coffee. You are sure it was 12/31. But since it's open, in my opinion, everything has to be working. I asked for a coffee and the girl said I couldn't do it, so I didn't buy the cake either and I don't intend to go again, because I buy from those who want to work. I went to the Principe bakery and bought the cake and drank my coffee... The childhood taste for me was very bitter...lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os bolos são deliciosos mas o atendimento é péssimo. Colocam telefone na internete porém vc luga trezentas vezes e não te atendem. Tiram o telefone do gancho e te fazem de trouxa, te deixam simplesmente esperando e a moça mal humorada da rua Dr. César ainda diz que vc está sendo insistente nas ligações. Acho isso uma tremenda falta de respeito com o consumidor, se estou.insisrindo é pq quero comprar, mas s vcs não tem capacidade suficiente pra atender o cliente, deveriam tirar o telefone ou fechar essa espelunca.
The cakes are delicious but the service is terrible. They put the phone on the internet, but you place it three hundred times and they don't answer you. They take the phone off the hook and make you a fool, they just leave you waiting and the grumpy girl from Rua Dr. César still says that you're being insistent on the calls. I think this is a tremendous lack of respect for the consumer, if I'm insisting, it's because I want to buy, but if you don't have enough capacity to serve the customer, you should take the phone or close this joint.
