varias vezes me venderam bolos q provavelmte estavam na vitrine ha 2 dias. notando a diferenca em casa, impossivel consumir, muito duro.
no inicio era sempre fresco. entao comecei a questionar se estava fresco. mas comecei a perceber que os frescos ainda estavam no forno.
Estavamos comprando ate em quantidades maiores p o cafe na empresa. e os funcionarios tb reclamaram.

several times they sold me cakes that were probably in the window for 2 days. noticing the difference at home, impossible to consume, very hard.
at the beginning it was always fresh. so i started to question if it was cool. but I started to realize that the frescoes were still in the oven.
We were buying even larger quantities of coffee at the company. and the employees also complained.

Porém, de tempos pra cá o bolo está péssimo, seco, com gosto de velho, com recheio que não chega nem perto do esperado e o pior, com atendimento cheio de desdém onde você questiona sobre o peso, eles respondem: se não quiser, pode deixar. Não fazem questão de nos atender conforme solicitado e ainda acham que tem razão. Poderiam pedir desculpas e oferecer uma outra confecção, porque o que importa é o bolo.
Quem dera voltassem fazer os bolos como eram e nos atendessem da maneira que merecemos. Faço questão de deixar registrado o péssimo atendimento e desdém. E o bolo está horrível.
Initially the cake was great. However, for some time now the cake has been terrible, dry, with an old taste, with a filling that doesn't come close to what was expected and the worst, with a service full of disdain where you ask about the weight, they answer: if you don't want to, it can leave. They don't care to serve us as requested and still think they're right. They could apologize and offer another confection, because what matters is the cake.
I wish they could bake the cakes the way they were and serve us the way we deserve. I make a point of recording the poor service and disdain. And the cake is awful.
