 Extremely long service. I ordered a cup of coffee, left and it never arrived. The sandwich I ordered took almost an hour to arrive.

The products are very weak. Salty price for the type of product served. It needs to improve a lot the bakery, which is the flagship of any bakery/deli. There is no point in offering other services if the main one is lacking.
