★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa é bastante ampla e espaçosa, mas está sempre cheia e, se não gosta de lugares barulhentos, evite vir aqui entre 12:00 e 14:00, pois é o período de pico e seguramente estará cheia e bastante barulhenta.
As mesas aqui são compartilhadas, o que pode ser um impeditivo caso queira almoçar e ter uma conversa informal/íntima/pessoal.
Aqui é self service padrão: sirva-se, pese, sente-se, coma, pague e saia.
O buffet de saladas é bom e variado, oferecendo também algumas opções de frios e conservas.
Sobremesas - também pagas pelo peso - às vezes podem ser agradáveis surpresas.
A comida em si é boa, mas não espere nada acima da média: é comida fresca e boa, mas pratos do dia a dia, sem muita novidade.
Se for hipertenso ou possuir alguma restrição a sódio, fique atento às carnes, pois costumam ter sal a mais.
Algo interessante é que o cardápio muda, seguindo os esquemas de pratos de São Paulo, oferecendo, por exemplo, pratos voltados às culinária mineira na segunda - como o virado à paulista, feijoada às quartas e pratos orientais na sexta.
O preço segue os valores praticados na região e, apesar de não ser "barato", não chega a ser nada fora da realidade.
 The house is quite large and spacious but is always full and if you do not like noisy places, avoid coming here between 12:00 and 14:00 as it is peak period and will surely be full and quite noisy.
The tables here are shared, which can be a deterrent if you want to have lunch and have an informal / intimate / personal conversation.
Here is standard self service: help yourself, weigh yourself, sit down, eat, pay and quit.
The salad buffet is good and varied, also offering some choices of cold cuts and preserves.
Desserts - also paid for by the weight - can sometimes be pleasant surprises.
The food itself is good, but do not expect anything above average: it's fresh and good food, but dishes from day to day, without much novelty.
If you are hypertensive or have some sodium restriction, watch for meats because they usually have too much salt.
Something interesting is that the menu changes, following the São Paulo dishes, offering, for example, dishes directed to the Minas Gerais cuisine in the second - as the turned to paulista, feijoada to the quarter and oriental dishes in the sixth.
The price follows the values practiced in the region and, although it is not "cheap", it does not become anything out of reality.

Pena que só servem no almoços durante a semana. Não abrem nos jantares, nem nos finais de semana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar amplo com bastante lugares para se acomodar. Self-service por kilo. Bastante variedades de saladas, salgados, queijos, pratos quentes, etc... Gostei bastante do "Sabor em Família" sempre que estou por perto no horário de almoço é o primeiro lugar que penso em ir. Valor cobrado é bem justo, pois a comida é muito boa e saborosa. Tão de parabéns!

Os pontos de melhoria podem ser: colocar mais detalhado o que é cada prato e proteger os buffets que ficam abertos e expostos ao público
This restaurant was a find: varied menu, good food, adequate price and impeccable service. I always have lunch near the end of the hr, it never left anything to be desired. Points for improvement can be: providing more detailed information about each dish and protecting buffets that are open and exposed to the public.
