★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s third time in a roll that we order few sandwiches and after one of them is ready they bring one of them and tell us they don’t have the other type that is on the menu. Then the other people have to wait to have the other sandwiches to get ready.
The coffee we ordered was not right either.
When I go to pay, the lady charges me the meal twice. I tell her what happened and she says it’s right. Then I show her the charges. She doesn’t even apologize or thank us.
Their service used to be really good, but over the years I can clearly see that they just got used to have clients coming over and not caring about customer service any more.
People spend good money at this restaurant and the manager/staff does not appreciate that.
There are many other new places to try. Time for a change!
