★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi a pessoa ter que agendar pra pegar o documento, fora que não t nada por hora marcada. Muito diferente do SAC da rodoviária.
I never saw the person having to make an appointment to pick up the document, besides that there is nothing by appointment. Very different from the SAC at the bus station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meio decepcionante vc chegar antes do horário mas ter que esperar fora, seja sol ou seja chuva, vc n pode entrar antes de dar o horário q vc marcou. E não se preocupe em tirar a foto 3x4, na frente do SAC tem um lugar pra vc tirar, é 10 reais e sai em 10 minutinhos no máximo.
Kind of disappointing when you arrive before schedule but have to wait outside, whether it's sun or rain, you can't get in before giving the time you set. And don't worry about taking the 3x4 photo, in front of the Customer Service there is a place for you to take, it's 10 reais and leaves in 10 minutes at most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dão a opção de pagar online o serviço, porém ao chegar no local precisa imprimir o papel comprovante. Não faz nenhum sentido.
They give you the option to pay online for the service, but when you arrive at the place you need to print the receipt paper. It doesn't make any sense.
