★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema vive fora do ar, sempre tem alguma coisa de errado, e quando pedimos auxílio para o suporte, a culpa é sempre nossa, ou eles não estão preparados para o problema apresentado... Enfim... Só prejuízo!

E a plataforma ficar fora do ar, é quase que rotineiro.
E ainda por cima, o suporte 24h não existe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com essa empresa, muito ruim o atendimento, ao solicitar cancelamento não me responderam mais e não querem devolver meu dinheiro de setup, aliás nunca ativei a plataforma pois foi me vendido algo que não era possível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não temos nenhum suporte quanto a problemas , vive com instabilidade , precisamos dele para a maioria dos nossos atendimentos e virou recorrente a ferramenta nos deixar na mão, consequentemente nos dando um péssimo retorno no quesito de dar um ótimo tratamento e retorno rápido aos clientes, relembrando não nos deixou na mão apenas uma vez e em todas as vezes não tivemos suporte algum apenas desculpas , mas ao final do mês cobra como se a ferramenta estivesse 100% o mês todo. Não recomendo a ninguém.
