★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui cliente uns 6 anos, agora em epoca de crise além de aumentarem abusivamente os preços , ainda não daõ as informaçoes corretas , liguei antes de sair do abc , para não perder viagem , o proprietário passou preços errados e ainda me garantiu que compras acima de 500,00 ( o que não é pouco !!!!) a loja parcelaria em 3 vezes no cartaõ de credito, na hora voltou atrás e a compra só foi feita porque outra pessoa que foi retirar. liguei para ao menos ouvir um pedido de desculpas mas o homem enlouqueceu e ainda falou pra mim que nem tá compesando trabalhar mais não e se eu estivesse descontente procurasse outra loja , que absurdo!!! o dono da loja não têm preparo sequer para atender um pós venda !!! não merecem sequer um grão de areia ,qto mais uma estrela !!!
I was a customer for about 6 years, now in a time of crisis in addition to abusively increasing prices, I still haven't given the correct information, I called before leaving ABC, so I wouldn't miss a trip, the owner passed wrong prices and even assured me that purchases over 500.00 (which is not a small amount !!!!) the store would split three times on the credit card, at the time it went back and the purchase was only made because someone else was withdrawing it. I called to at least hear an apology but the man went crazy and even told me that it’s not even worth working anymore and if I was unhappy I would look for another store, how absurd !!! the store owner is not even prepared to attend a post sale !!! do not even deserve a grain of sand, when another star !!!
