Experiência ruim para um rede tão grande.
Lack of organization on the CD! I made a purchase in Hortolândia for collection in the colony. Nobody knew about the request. There was time to come from Jundiaí and not be separated. The attendants showed no interest in resolving it. I was waiting for goodwill.
Bad experience for such a large network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou acostumado a comprar na loja da Rua Cica e na Jose do Patrocínio e o padrão de atendimento dessas lojas são muito superiores ao da loja da colônia. Não voltarei mais. Vendedores descontentes devem ficar em casa.
I am used to shopping at Rua Cica and Jose do Patrocínio and the standard of service at these stores is much higher than at the colony store. I will not be returning. Disgruntled salespeople must stay at home.
