★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, mas a máquina que mistura tintas não estava funcionando, me mandaram para outra filial, que a máquina também não estava funcionando, voltei para pegar meu dinheiro de volta, e perguntei ao vendedor, se não teria opção de outra marca na mesma cor, ele disse que sim. Então não sei se é preguiça do vendedor ou falta de treinamento, para oferecer outra marca com a mesma qualidade, mas infelizmente é assim. Aí o brasileiro reclama que a coisa tá ruim..... Fui no concorrente e o mesmo também tava com problema na máquina e não me ofereceu outra opção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento e razoável eles te atendem sem sorrisos Falta sorrisos pois cliente gosta de sorrisos para gastar mais dinheiro mas ,como em Atibaia já é praxe o mal atendimento,se torna corriqueiro a forma de uma compra sem fidelidade e pensando no retorno do cliente.... na loja perto do posto pedra grande o atendimento e o PIOR,eles não respeitam a vez do cliente e atendem sem cuidados com os mesmos... já entrei e sai de lá duas vezes parece que eu era invisível....péssimo!!!
Vendedores das lojas parecem não conhecer os produtos em geral e tem de perguntar sempre pra outros,tamanha é a falta de conhecimento do que vendem...sem mais, falta sorrisos de todos sempre de cara fechada. Nunca tenho boa impressão,deveriam fazer curso para causar boa impressão e assim venderem mais.... O preço é bom se vc gosta de pagar barato e não ter bom atendimento ,este é o lugar!

Store salespeople do not seem to know the products in general and you always have to ask others, such is the lack of knowledge of what they sell ... without more, there is a lack of smiles from everyone, always with a closed face. I never have a good impression, they should take a course to make a good impression and thus sell more .... The price is good if you like to pay cheap and not have good service, this is the place!
