★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi bem ruim, por conta de um rapaz ficar (gritando) o preço das verduras e frutas no alto falante, não entendi o motivo, já que quando estou escolhendo minha mercadoria, estou vendo os preços na minha cara!
Se for pra chamar a atenção de quem passa na rua, podia pelo menos colocar uma caixa de som na rua ou algo do tipo.
Mudei meu local de compras depois disso, super desagradável e desnecessário.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do Sacolão ABC do Betânia assim como meus pais e sogros que são idosos e também fazem compra no local. Hoje, 18/05/2022, por volta das onze da manhã, fiquei muito incomodado com a conduta do funcionário do setor de verduras que resolveu molhar as folhas ignorando a presença de clientes no local, muitos idosos e pessoas que passavam na calçada. O pior foi o comportamento quando uma cliente reclamou: o mesmo ironizou achando graça e permaneceu molhando com a mangueira as folhas e o chão do estabelecimento sem se preocupar com os clientes que estavam bem próximos.
A primeira pergunta que fica no ar é em relação a fiscalização da Prefeitura, será que não existe? Pois tenho certeza que existe regras de posturas justamente com o objetivo de prevenção de acidentes que deve proibir esta prática no horário em que o estabelecimento está aberto ao público e com grande trânsito de pessoas que, mesmo em casos de extrema necessidade, deve prever isolamento do local e sinalização adequada, O que não foi feito.
Deixo claro que a água ainda escorria pela calçada e atingia a pista de rolamento o que aumenta o risco de acidentes com transeuntes e veículos.
Mas o que deixou surpreso foi o comportamento dos outros funcionários que estavam achando graça da conduta do responsável pela área das verduras.
Fiz questão de filmar o ocorrido e procurei o gerente e, para minha surpresa, ele informou que não poderia fazer nada tendo em vista que o agente daquela conduta era o proprietário do setor de folhas.
Aproveito para registrar que o local estava cheio de idosos em compras e será que a administração do Sacolão ABC vai esperar um acidente com um dos seus clientes para tomar uma providência? E a Prefeitura de BH vai continuar omissa?

I am a customer of Sacolão ABC do Betânia as well as my parents and in-laws who are elderly and also shop there. Today, 05/18/2022, around eleven in the morning, I was very annoyed by the behavior of the employee in the vegetable sector who decided to wet the leaves ignoring the presence of customers in the place, many elderly people and people passing on the sidewalk. The worst thing was the behavior when a customer complained: the same made fun of it and continued to water the leaves and the floor of the establishment with the hose without worrying about the customers who were very close.
The first question that remains in the air is in relation to the supervision of the City Hall, does it not exist? Because I'm sure that there are rules of posture precisely with the objective of preventing accidents, which should prohibit this practice at the time when the establishment is open to the public and with great traffic of people who, even in cases of extreme need, must provide for isolation from the location and adequate signage, which was not done.
I make it clear that the water was still running down the sidewalk and reaching the roadway, which increases the risk of accidents with passers-by and vehicles.
But what surprised me was the behavior of the other employees who were amused by the behavior of the person responsible for the vegetables area.
I insisted on filming what had happened and I looked for the manager and, to my surprise, he informed me that he could not do anything since the agent of that conduct was the owner of the sheet sector.
I take the opportunity to register that the place was full of elderly people shopping and will the administration of Sacolão ABC wait for an accident with one of its customers to take action? And will the City Hall of BH remain silent?
