★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selecionei a Saconi em função de uma busca no Google, por que me pareceu ter uma trabalho muito sério e honesto. Posso dizer que é muito além disso, foram extremante corteses, organizados e sinceros desde a cotação, até execução e prazo de entrega. Adorei o trabalho executado com o relógio da foto, havia tentado em alguns lugares, mas ninguém havia dado o diagnóstico deles em relação à solução para o problema. Mesmo qie simples, dependia de alguém que entenda para poder prover a solução! Estou muito satisfeito com a execução de ponta a ponta! Relógio moderno com cara de antigo, mas com máquina de alto torque que exige em função dos ponteiros grandes. Só eles me deram esse diagnóstico!! Restaurado e máquina trocada!
I selected Saconi based on a Google search, because it seemed to me to have a very serious and honest job. I can say that it goes far beyond that, they were extremely courteous, organized and sincere from the quotation, to execution and delivery time. I loved the work done with the clock in the photo, I had tried in some places, but no one had given their diagnosis regarding the solution to the problem. Even if simple, it depended on someone who understands to provide the solution! I am very satisfied with the end-to-end execution! Modern watch with an old look, but with a high torque machine that demands due to the large hands. Only they gave me that diagnosis!! Restored and machine changed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um relógio que precisava retirar umas pedrinhas de dentro do vidro e corria o risco do vidro quebrar. Eles conseguiram fazer tudo, tiraram as pedrinhas e manteram o vidro sem quebrar, super cuidadosos, atenciosos e preço ótimo também. Recomendo!
I took a clock that needed to remove some pebbles from inside the glass and ran the risk of the glass break. They managed to do everything, they took the pebbles and kept the glass without breaking, super careful, attentive and great price too. I recommend!

For a first contact, he seemed to me to be a very competent professional. Good customer service, courtesy on the part of employees and the person in charge. Very well organized, exactly what you would expect from someone who works with precision material. Now I await the completion of the service as agreed.
Edit: I already received the watches and they were perfect. "Grandpa" returned to "talk" after more than 20 years mute. I thank Mr. Márcio and team for the excellent work! I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to take your swiss watch in Sao Paulo. Marcio is honest, great prices, and quick. The Longines rep in Brazil near Ave Paulista took 9 months to replace the sping on my 1960s ultra-chron and it came back with a hideous tall omega crysta that I had not autorized and wanted an extra 1000 reais. Even worse, the crystal popped off revealing they had glued it on- yeah glued. I took it to Saconi and Marcio made everything right in just a couple weeks and a fraction of the price the "rep" charged.
