Já adquiri 07 mudas de frutíferas em 4 compras e todas forma entregues de maneira rápida (pois utilizam transportadora) e em excelentes condições, e olha que tenho várias frutíferas compradas pela internet, mas essa empresa é de longe a melhor de todas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um casal de kiwi e uma maçã eva e uma de maçã julieta comprei no dia 01/03/2021 por boleto e foi entregue no dia 09/03/2021 chegou bem embalada e vivas agora é plantar e espera e foi bem atendido pelo Whatsapp.
I bought a couple of kiwi and an eva apple and a juliet apple I bought on 03/01/2021 by bank slip and it was delivered on 03/09/2021 it arrived well packed and alive now it is planting and waiting and it was well attended by Whatsapp .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, inclusive via whats, as mudas são bem desenvolvidas e foram entregues sem danos em BH. Preço justo. Comparei bastante antes de comprar. Ganham no preço em quase todas as espécies. Estou muito satisfeito. Como o Safari não tinha algumas espécies de cerrado que eu procurava, comprei-as de outro colecionador em SP: Helton Muniz, do colecionandofrutas.org. Foi bom para ver a diferença, algumas mudas chegaram quebradas, e como eu já sabia, são mais jovens..
Good service, including via whats, the seedlings are well developed and were delivered without damage in BH. Fair price. I compared a lot before buying. They gain in price in almost all species. I am very satisfied. As Safari did not have some species of cerrado that I was looking for, I bought them from another collector in SP: Helton Muniz, from colecionandofrutas.org. It was good to see the difference, some seedlings arrived broken, and as I already knew, they are younger.

O propósito desta postagem é evitar que vocês sejam enganos e posteriormente mal atendidos como eu fui. Fiz a compra de diversas mudas junto a referida empresa. Dentre as mudas a de uma Lichia Kaimana por uma valor bem elevado se considerarmos as características da muda entregue. O valor total da venda foi um pouco mais de 857,00 reais, já havia realizado outras compras anteriormente o que totaliza mais de 2 mil reais. A empresa não é mais a mesma, desconfio que talvez nem seja mais a mesma administração. Comuniquei a empresa detalhadamente sobre as péssimas condições que a muda chegou, viva, mas em situação preocupante, mandei fotos, inclusive das outras mudas compradas em outra empresa. Todas muito bem, justamente as mudas da Safari Garden são as mais fracas, pequenas e evoluindo para a morte. Fiz uma solicitação de nova muda e quase após um menos nenhuma resposta havia sido enviada, cansado de esperar solicitei nova posição e fui informado que nada poderia ser feito. Apesar de mandar fotos da muda seca, inclusive do gel utilizado para plantio o representante da empresa veio questionar se a muda havia recebido água. De todas as mudas só a dessa empresa morreu, outras podem morrer nos próximos dias, sabe-se lá.
O responsável chegou a me pedir fotos da raiz raspada e etc ..
Conclusão, tudo é encaminhado para que a empresa não tenha qualquer responsabilidade sobre o que vende, é a velha tática que impera no Brasil. Passar a perna no comprador.
Querem um conselho? Não comprem nada dessa empresa. Se tiverem algum problema vocês vão morrer de raiva. O comentário não é pelo dinheiro, é pelq falta de respeito. Estou entrando em contato com os que fizeram comentários negativos para receber informações e protocolar junto ao órgão competente do estado de São Paulo uma reclamação, junto ao Ibama formalizarei uma denúncia pelo envio de mudas em discordância com os protocolos a serem seguidos, bem como pelo prejuízo causado, moral e material.
Não comprem dessa empresa, até em solidariedade aos que foram lesados.

Conclusion, everything is directed so that the company does not have any responsibility on what it sells, it is the old tactic that prevails in Brazil. Outwit the buyer.
Do you want advice? Don't buy anything from that company. If you have a problem you will die of anger. The comment is not about the money, it is because of a lack of respect. I am contacting those who made negative comments to receive information and file a complaint with the competent body of the state of São Paulo, with Ibama I will formalize a complaint for sending seedlings in disagreement with the protocols to be followed, as well as for the damage caused, moral and material.
Do not buy from that company, even in solidarity with those who were injured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data do dia 15/03/22 efetuei uma compra (49777) de uma Jabuticaba variegada no valor promocional de 280 reais + frete, pedi uma foto da planta atualizada e me mostraram a muda que supostamente me enviaram se efetuasse a compra naquele momento, alegando que aumentaria o preço se não o fizesse, (tenho print's fotos)... Efetuei a compra e após 16 dias de aguardo, me enviaram uma muda degradada, com fungos e totalmente estressada, mal cultivada, com uma cicatrização grotesca, totalmente diferente da que me foi exposta... Agindo de maneira errônea ou erro de ADM...em postar o produto sem uma avaliação prévia.
Mandei pelo whatsapp fotos e vídeo na mesma data que recebi e até agora não tive retorno, não são recíproco na exigência de entrar em contato, para venda te respondem com 10 minutos, pós venda só deus sabe...
