Bad service, everyone dispersed, they don't answer the phone for anything in the world, delay between calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente inacreditável, pessimo atendimento, as atendentes totalmente perdidas em seus proprios protocolos de atendimento, pedem para chegar entre 7 e 9hs por ordem de chegada o que causa super lotação no lobby. Somente para nao ficar 100% ruim, a estrutura é boa.
Simply unbelievable, terrible service, the attendants totally lost in their own service protocols, ask to arrive between 7 am and 9 am by order of arrival, which causes overcrowding in the lobby. Just so it doesn't get 100% bad, the structure is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. A espera pra ser atendida no guichê principal já ultrapassa 1h e 15min e não sei nem quando vou ser atendida. Ninguém da informações direito. Surreal! Enquanto isso temos que ficar esperando em jejum?
Terrible attendance. The wait to be served at the main window is longer than 1h and 15min and I don't even know when I'll be served. Nobody gives the right information. Surreal! Meanwhile we have to wait fasting ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAFEMED Renascença (24/02/22)- Pontualidade e boa estrutura, porém observei alguns colaboradores muito dispersos e aparentemente descompromissados com protocolos e organização. Exemplo disso ví na sala de coleta de SANGUE, as funcionárias com muita conversa alta e paralela, falando da desorganização de outras amigas de trabalho e inclusive citaram um palavrão ignorando e desrespeitando a presença de paciêntes (clientes) no local.
SAFEMED Renascença (02/24/22)- Punctuality and good structure, however I observed some very dispersed employees and apparently uncommitted to protocols and organization. An example of this I saw in the BLOOD collection room, the employees with a lot of loud and parallel conversation, talking about the disorganization of other work friends and even cited a bad word ignoring and disrespecting the presence of patients (customers) in the place.
