★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Atendimento. atendentes que liberam a portaria, totalmente destreinados, fica 20 a 30 minutos chamando a portaria quando vão decidir atender você é moradora do edifício e por algum motivo saiu sem a tag para liberar a entrada no edifício, informam que você não tem não tem o seu cadastro na empresa te deixando do lado de fora, e encerram o contato.
Terrible attendance. attendants who release the concierge, totally untrained, spend 20 to 30 minutes calling the concierge when they decide to attend you are a resident of the building and for some reason left without the tag to release the entrance to the building, inform that you do not have yours register with the company leaving you outside, and close the contact.

Graças a Deus os moradores não votaram na assembleia pelo preço, mas sim pelo custo benefício e isso refletiu total em nossa segurança.
Deixo a dica para os interessados em portaria remota, visitem as bases de todas as empresas e outros condomínios, pois tem muita empresa que nem base de monitoramento tem.
Recomendo a empresa Safer com certeza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, sem nenhuma segurança ao primeiro problema eles fogem e nunca tem culpa de nada ... entraram no prédio levaram uma bicicleta é o maladro coloca a cara na camera ... e essa empresa nem sabia o que aconteceu , sempre atendem muito mal , fujam dessa encrenca...
