Terrible, I've ordered twice and both times was a huge delay to deliver. I ordered the 11:30 am, stayed until 16:00 waiting and nothing. They just handed me the other day 11:00. I never ask again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A impressão que dá é que fazem questão do péssimo atendimento. Depois reclamam que o país está em crise, falta de emprego e tals. Mas não tem compromisso com o cliente. Não entregam os produtos e não avisam, nos deixam esperando feito idiotas. Ainda bem que temos mais opções, posso comprar em outro lugar.
The impression is that they insist on the poor service. Then they complain that the country is in crisis, lack of jobs and such. But there is no commitment to the customer. They don't deliver the products and don't notify us, they keep us waiting like idiots. Glad we have more options, I can buy elsewhere.
