No site dizia q pós confirmação pagamento,
No caso escolhi sedex ; a entrega seria feita até dois dias úteis.enviei 3 emails sem retorno,logo abri disputa (yapay)responderam
Imediatamente e foram meus intermediários e bloquearam o pagamento .
Qdo foi dia dezenove cedo ainda o estátus no site da loja permanecia ...aguardando coleta correio....surtei.
Mandei outro email p yapay intermediário ,indignada. Qdo foi dez e dez do dia 19/09 mudaram estátus p produto enviado.
Ao meio dia estava o sedex na minha porta chamando. Caso a parte roupas lindas.entretanto.blusas ficaram grande,gerei ordem de troca,mas pediram p aguardar autorização p envio novamente. Tô achando q vou precisar pagar p alguém ajustar p mim.
Pois até agora ...nada de resposta .
P mim com roupas tão lindas .... a loja peca no atendimento .tenho até vontade de comprar outras peças q vi .... mas da medo.
Yapay foi ótimo comigo.foi meu intermediador .acho q se eu não tivesse aberto a disputa....estaria passando nervoso.

On the website it said q after payment confirmation,
In this case I chose sedex; delivery would be made up to two business days. I sent 3 emails without return, then opened dispute (yapay) answered
Immediately and they were my intermediaries and blocked the payment.
When it was nineteen early, the statue on the store's website remained ... awaiting mail collection .... I flipped.
I sent another email to yapay intermediary, outraged. When it was ten and ten of the day 19/09 they changed the status of the product sent.
At noon the sedex was at my door calling. If the beautiful clothes part.entretanto.blusas were big, I generated an exchange order, but asked to wait for authorization to send again. I think I'll need to pay someone to adjust me.
So far ... no answer.
P me with such beautiful clothes .... the store sins in customer service. I even feel like buying other pieces I saw ... but it’s scary.
Yapay was great with me. I was my intermediary. I think that if I hadn't opened the dispute ... I would be nervous.
Thankful.
Store administrators still have a lot to learn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei troca, paguei o motoboy da loja no dia 29, como trabalho deixei as roupas na portaria do meu prédio para serem retiradas, já que não podia marcar horário. Se passaram 11 dias e nada, o porteiro devolveu as roupas pois não pode ficar guardando tanto tempo, pedi para que eles retirassem no meu trabalho, eles se recusaram.
Concluindo: prefiro doar as roupas do que me estressar mais.
I asked for an exchange, I paid the motorcycle courier at the store on the 29th, as I left my clothes at the entrance of my building to be removed, since I couldn't make an appointment. If 11 days passed and nothing, the porter returned the clothes because he cannot keep so much time, I asked them to remove it from my work, they refused.

Finally the store reopened!! I waited so long for this moment, so many beautiful clothes, now I can buy them in the store, and try on all the looks I follow on the site! Super recommend, very attentive seller, quality clothes! it's show girls :)

Até agora nada .Falta de respeito .Já mandei mensagem pelo whatsapp me responderam que ainda não separaram as encomendas .Tento ligar mas ninguém atende .já enviei e-mail ninguém responde .Vou tentar fazer um estorno . Não recomendo essa loja . Comprei por achar as peças bonitas mas não vale a pena o transtorno a qual estou passando.
Well, I made a purchase on 12/29/2021 They said they would deliver on 1/10/2022. So far nothing .Lack of respect .I've sent a message via whatsapp they replied that they still haven't separated the orders .I try to call but no one answers .I've sent an email no one responds .I'll try to make a chargeback . I do not recommend this store. I bought it because I think the pieces are beautiful but it's not worth the inconvenience I'm going through.
