★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimas telhas. Todas com trincas ou rachaduras. Camada de cimento supercicial falhada. Alegam sempre que o cliente deve seguir orientações de instalação. Balela, pois já entregam o produto com defeito. Realmente eles trocam, mas trocam por telhas com defeito e algumas ainda piores. E como solução ainda tem a cara de pau de sugerir impermeabilizar a laje ou colocar uma manta impermeável sob as telhas. Esse tipo de empresa só opera assim em países pobres. Lamentável esse tipo de postura. Vergonha. Se fossem da minha família seriam excluídos do nosso meio social.
 Lousy tiles. All with cracks or cracks. Failed supercicial cement layer. They always claim that the customer must follow installation guidelines. Balela, as they already deliver the defective product. They really do, but they trade for defective tiles and some even worse. And as a solution, he still has the courage to suggest waterproofing the slab or placing a waterproof blanket under the tiles. This type of company only operates in poor countries. This type of posture is unfortunate. Shame. If they were from my family, they would be excluded from our social environment.

Minha experiência foi NEGATIVA. Fiz uma compra grande de telhas 6mm e algumas do 1° pedido apresentaram fissuras ( trincas e rachaduras). Entrei em contato no 0800, enviaram um técnico que sequer falou comigo ( zero interação com cliente ) . Depois enviaram um laudo que não correspondia a minha reclamação. Ainda me orientaram ligar novamente para o 0800 caso a resposta não fosse satisfatória.
( Tudo arquitetado para o cliente ficar no prejuízo)
Liguei ... Foi o pior tratamento que já recebi em toda minha vida de cliente . Conduziram o caso alegando que o cliente deveria ter seguindo as orientações de instalação. Leviandade, pois possuem consciência que fabricação (cura ), armazenamento e transporte também interferem entrega final do produto.
Pior empresa do mercado. Generaliza o cliente e não faz questão de resolver o problema.
( Fiz uma compra de mais de 70 telhas onde 6 apresentaram problemas e eles afirmam que a culpa foi de quem instalou) Lamentável esse tipo de postura!!!! Vergonha.!!!

Essa empresa pra mim NÃO é confiável.
Em tempo... Olhando as avaliações ainda fiquei chocada com a maneira sordida usada para aumentar a qualificação. Usando funcionários para avaliar .... deprimente!!! É necessário ler a insatisfação dos Clientes pois somos nós que mantemos o funcionamento da empresa.

My experience was NEGATIVE. I made a large purchase of 6mm tiles and some of the 1st order showed cracks (cracks and cracks). I got in touch at 0800, they sent a technician who didn't even talk to me (zero customer interaction). Then they sent a report that did not correspond to my complaint. They even instructed me to call the 0800 again if the answer was not satisfactory.
(All designed for the customer to be at a loss)
I called... It was the worst treatment I've ever received in my entire client life. They conducted the case claiming that the customer should have followed the installation guidelines. Leviandity, as they are aware that manufacturing (cure), storage and transport also interfere with the final delivery of the product.
Worst company on the market. Generalizes the customer and does not insist on solving the problem.
(I made a purchase of more than 70 tiles where 6 had problems and they claim that it was the fault of whoever installed it) Regrettable that kind of posture!!!! Shame.!!!

This company for me is NOT trustworthy.
In time... Looking at the reviews I was still shocked at the sordid way used to increase the rating. Using employees to assess....depressing!!! It is necessary to read Customer dissatisfaction because we are the ones who keep the company running.
