★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito bom, hoje em dia deixa a desejar. Preço muito caro cobrado pela qualidade do serviço. Os dois atendentes não entendiam o básico de fotografia, me cobraram 5 reais para passar a cópia digital de uma foto tirada, além dos 18 de 6 fotos 3x4. Bem, apesar do preço abusivo aceitei pois precisava da foto digital, em tamanho original (para uma futura ampliação). Não adiantou explicar mil vezes que eu precisava da cópia ORIGINAL, o atendente me passou a cópia da foto após reduzir, a foto estava com 600 pixels de altura, resolução baixa, e toda borrada. E os dois atendentes ainda queriam "ensinar" fotografia para um fotógrafo, e diziam que eu estava errado. Sugiro aos funcionários que façam um curso básico de fotografia digital, ou pelo menos assistam um tutorial bem básico no Youtube antes de se aventurar no ramo e ser condescendente com os clientes.

Well, despite the abusive price I accepted because I needed the digital photo, in original size (for a future enlargement). It didn't help to explain a thousand times that I needed the ORIGINAL copy, the attendant handed me the copy of the photo after reducing it, the photo was 600 pixels high, low resolution, and all blurry. And the two attendants still wanted to "teach" photography to a photographer, and said that I was wrong. I suggest that employees take a basic course in digital photography, or at least watch a very basic tutorial on Youtube before venturing into the business and being condescending to customers.
