 I am at this moment DISAPPOINTED as Sal and Brasa do Salvador Shopping. Old food, no seasoning and does not even compare to the quality of Bella Vista and Shop. From Bahia. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido, caixas cordiais, atendentes entediadas. Pedi um bife de chouriço ao ponto. Veio metade torrado, metade mal passado e uma parte (que ficou em cima da outra no preparo) crua.
Fast service, cordial boxes, bored attendants. I ordered a chorizo steak to the point. It came roasted half, barely spent half and a portion (which was on top of another in preparation) Raw.

Trabalhei o dia todo sem almoço, tirei um momento para fazer minha refeição e sou tratado com a falta de educação e empatia. Não recomendo e não quero que minha família frequentando o Sal e Brasa do Salvador Shopping.
Poor service, grumpy and apparently unmotivated employees. I worked all day without lunch, took a moment to eat my meal, and am treated to a lack of politeness and empathy. I don't recommend it and I don't want my family frequenting the Sal e Brasa do Salvador Shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando você fizer um pedido, fiscalize... Pq te deixam esperando mais de 40 min e o seu pedido nem pra cozinha foi. Uma desorganização incrível! Um desrespeito imenso... Infelizmente não tem como dar estrelas negativas! Coma em outro lugar!
When you place an order, inspect... Because they leave you waiting more than 40 minutes and your order didn't even go to the kitchen. An incredible disorganization! A huge disrespect... Unfortunately there is no way to give negative stars! Eat elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, espera de cerca de 40 minutos e veio frango duro e frio, carne fria, fui reclamar requentaram o frango e a carne trocaram por um pedaço horrível, sem tempero nenhum. Não recomendo. Fujam desse lugar!!!
Terrible, waiting around 40 minutes and the chicken was hard and cold, cold meat, I went to complain they reheated the chicken and the meat was replaced by a horrible piece, without any seasoning. I do not recommend. Run away from this place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sal e brasa grill tem.um almoço com qualidade dentro do esperado para o preço e um pouco ate mais em.conta que outros do local. Você paga pela proteina e o buffet é livre, soficiente para um.bom almoço, principalmente se você precisa almoçar sempre nos arredores. A parte nao positiva é a demora para preparar o prato, ja que é por chamada de senha. Se está com horario apertado nao deverá ser a sua primeira opçao.
The salt and coal grill has.a lunch with quality as expected for the price and a little more affordable than others in the place. You pay for protein and the buffet is free, enough for one.good lunch, especially if you always need to have lunch in the surroundings. The not positive part is the delay in preparing the dish, since it is called a password. If you're on a tight schedule, it shouldn't be your first choice.
