★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior franquia que já pude ir. Passei 30min esperando. A cenoura com maionese dura. O brócolis cozido demais e para completar tudo pedi um filé mignon ao ponto e me trouxeram uma carne crua. Um absurdo e falta de respeito com o consumidor. Estragou meu almoço do sábado.
Worst franchise I could ever go to. I spent 30 minutes waiting. The carrot with hard mayonnaise. The broccoli was overcooked and to top it all off I ordered a tenderloin to the point and they brought me raw meat. Absurdity and lack of respect for the consumer. It spoiled my Saturday lunch.

Sendo o Sal e brasa, mandava fechar o estabelecimento, pq a única coisa que conseguiram foi manchar a imagem da empresa. Muito ruim!!!!!!!
Lousy food !! Hard rice, hard beans, horrible meat, all cold !!! It was the worst experience I ever had with food, I did not eat, I paid and I left the whole food on the plate !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do restauramte em outros shoppings, mas essa experiência que tive no dia de ontem foi hortivel, meu filho comeu feijão azedo, a toscana crua e a carne com gosto de chapa, sei que essa não é cara do sal e brasa, mas não gostei e pretendo nao retornar a comer nele, e sem contar que tanto em mim como na minha familia tivemos desarranjo intestinal,lamentavel o que esta noite nos proporcionou, foi com o interesse de comemorar mas acabei me decepicinando. Lamentável e triste com esse dia.
