★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, peguei 160 em uma manutenção de fibra de vidro, a menina fez a unha toda desigual, uma maior qur a outra, o formato diferente, vc olha por baixo e sente ate vergonha, fui reclamar vom a maior paciência e educação, me tratatam super mal, sai como a cliente chata. Só n coloco foto aqui de como ficou porq o Google n permite.
Re: resposta em resposta ao estabelecimento, alem de ruim, ainda são mentiorosos, depois de um ano, responderam minha reclamação, nunca me importei em pagar a mais por unhas que cairam, contanto qur no dia eu paguei, eu só tive um atendimento e experiência horrível mesmo, fora que, a menina com quem eu já tinha feito(2 vezes) tinha ido embora do salão, e a garota que fez no dia era nova. Contanto que peguei o contato da garota antiga e continuei fazendo com ela em casa, e ela mesma reclamou do estabelecimento por isso saiu do mesmo. Espero mesmo que melhorem, abraços e beijos.
Horrible, I got 160 in a fiberglass maintenance, the girl did the nail all uneven, one bigger than the other, the different shape, you look underneath and feel ashamed, I complained with the utmost patience and politeness, they treat me super bad, comes out as a boring customer. I just put a picture here of how it turned out because Google doesn't allow it.
Re: response in response to the establishment, besides being bad, they are still liars, after a year, they answered my complaint, I never minded paying extra for dropped nails, as long as the day I paid, I only had one service and really horrible experience, besides that, the girl I had done it with (2 times) had left the salon, and the girl who did it that day was new. As long as I got the contact from the old girl and kept doing it with her at home, and she herself complained about the establishment so she left it. I really hope they get better, hugs and kisses.
