Liguei que estava a caminho (pois não atendem com hora marcada) e quando cheguei não poderia ser atendida, pois chegou cliente antes.. moro a dois quarteirões. ..
O seu dinheiro é importante, sua satisfação não.
Não volto e não recomendo.
Faltam algumas lições de relacionamento.

Estive três vezes no salão, uma para fazer mechas, outra para o corte de cabelo e a terceira seria para fazer a unha, mas qndo compareci ao salão disseram que tinham marcado outra pessoa no mesmo horário e caso eu quisesse teria que esperar, como se não tivesse horário pra cumprir nem outros compromissos.
Quando cortei o cabelo estava marcada para um horário e o corte foi feito bem depois, paguei a mais por uma hidratação pra passar o tempo enquanto a cabeleireira terminava outro cabelo para cortar o meu.
Quando fiz mechas também tive que aguardar além do horário previsto para ser atendida. É um desrespeito com o cliente.
Falta de organização total! Como se os serviços prestados fossem realizados de qualquer jeito.
A salon where punctuality and commitment do not exist.
I was in the salon three times, once to make locks, another to cut hair and the third time to do the nail, but when I went to the salon they said they had someone else scheduled at the same time and if I wanted to, I would have to wait, as if had no time to fulfill or other commitments.
When I cut my hair it was scheduled for a time and the cut was done much later, I paid extra for a moisturizer to pass the time while the hairdresser finished another hair to cut mine.
When I made locks, I also had to wait beyond the scheduled time to be attended. It is disrespectful to the customer.
Lack of total organization! As if the services provided were performed anyway.
