★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, boa noite, gostaria de fazer uma reclamação formal por aqui. Saí do salão de vocês no plaza me sentindo enganada. Poderia inclusive ter me recusado a fazer o pagamento que me foi cobrado ( quase o dobro do que me foi informado). A profissional que estava fazendo meu cabelo, perguntou se eu queria fazer uma lavagem especial e eu falei que "podia ser". Logo em seguida, perguntei quanto ficaria o total dessa escova. Perguntei DUAS vezes. Ela me disse o valor de 60 reais. Aí quando fui pagar , a escova na verdade era 5 reais mais cara ( 65 reais ) e a tal lavagem 50 reais = 115 reais no total. Achei estranho porque ela perguntou se eu era de fora durante a escova e eu realmente não sou do cariri, falei que era minha primeira vez lá. Ou seja , juntei as pontas e o que acho é que se aproveitou disso para me enganar. Paguei porque não queria gerar constrangimento na frente de outros clientes, educação é importante sempre. Mas me senti ENGANADA. Resumo da história: o valor foi muito caro para fazer o que qualquer salão faz ( uma escova) + perderam uma cliente de cara por essa atitude péssima.

I could even have refused to make the payment I was charged (almost double what I was told). The professional who was doing my hair asked if I wanted to do a special wash and I said "it could be". Soon after, I asked how much would be the total of this brush. I asked TWICE. She told me the value of 60 reais. Then when I went to pay, the brush was actually 5 reais more expensive (65 reais) and that wash 50 reais = 115 reais in total. I found it strange because she asked if I was from outside during the brush and I'm not really from Cariri, I said it was my first time there.
