Primeiro que nem tinha shampoo pra lavar o cabelo, usou água junto, não respeitou totalmente a minha opinião sobre o corte e pra finalizar fez a escova na pressa puxando várias vezes meu cabelo! São muito sem educação, ficam só conversando olhando pro nada. Não voltarem mais!
I had a cut with the professional and I didn't like the service. First of all, they didn't even have shampoo to wash their hair, they used water together, they didn't fully respect my opinion about the cut and to finish, they made the brush in a hurry pulling my hair several times! They are very impolite, they just talk and look at nothing. Don't come back!

Mal olha na nossa cara, está sempre no celular.
Está ali literalmente para enfeite, pq com certeza nem sabe o que é trabalhar.
Estou totalmente chocada com a falta de educação e o atendimento péssimo prestado.
Pior, quando liguei para reclamar o gerente mandou o telefone do paizinho advogado dela sem avisar que era telefone particular. o Advogado ainda falou: "Você sabe com que está falando?" Quem vê acha que é a rainha da Inglaterra. ? Disse que ameacei ele por falar que iria tomar medidas quanto a humilhação. Fez pouco caso quando disse que tomaria pedidas dizendo que tinha um escritório com 6 advogados disponíveis
Como que se quem estivesse errada fosse eu e não a preciosa da filhinha dele.
Perguntou com o que eu trabalhava e quando eu disse deu risada da minha cara... Péssimos.
Não recomendo jamais, falta de profissionalismo, um advogado com sindrome de autoritarismo, zomba da profissão dos outros.
Péssimo.
Não recomendo para ningueeeeem.
Nem mesmo pediram desculpa pelo péssimo tratamento.

Worse, when I called to complain, the manager sent her dad's lawyer's phone number without telling her it was a private phone. the Lawyer even said, "Do you know who you're talking to?" Anyone who sees it thinks it's the Queen of England. ? Said I threatened him for saying I would take action on humiliation. He ignored it when he said he would take requests saying he had an office with 6 lawyers available
As if it was me who was wrong and not his precious little girl.
He asked what I worked with and when I said he laughed in my face... Terrible.
I never recommend, lack of professionalism, a lawyer with authoritarianism syndrome, mocks the profession of others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive duas experiências lamentáveis nesse salão primeiro coloquei cílios tufinho no outro dia praticamente já tinha caído quase tudo só voltei refazer pq eu ia me casar pq se não não tinha voltado, a segunda vez pensei que não seria ser igual pq seria setor diferente mas não, a que ajudou a moça nova que ia pintar meu cabelo só entregou umas tinta pra mistura pra dar a minha cor de raiz , difícil acreditar que uma profissional não entenda de cores eu que não sou sei muito mais, não viu minha cor do comprimento? Mostrei a foto da cor da tinta se não tem a marca pelo menos falasse que não sabia decifrar que eu ia comprar a tinta então, mas não deixar a cliente sair ridícula com a raiz preta e o comprimento claro. Que é a minha cor que eu paguei. Sai super decepcionada jamais volto e jamais indicaria.
I had two regrettable experiences in this salon first I put on puffy eyelashes the other day almost everything had already fallen out I only went back to redo it because I was going to get married because if I hadn't come back, the second time I thought it wouldn't be the same because it would be a different sector but no, the one who helped the new girl who was going to dye my hair just gave me some paint to mix to give my root color, hard to believe that a professional doesn't understand colors I don't know much else, didn't you see my color in the length? I showed the picture of the color of the paint, if it doesn't have the brand, at least say that I didn't know how to decipher that I was going to buy the paint then, but not let the client look ridiculous with the black root and the light length. That's my color I paid for. I left super disappointed I will never go back and would never recommend.
