 The salon is great, but Janaína is a terrible dirty person who treats employees badly and has no regard for people, she is a two-faced person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salão é ótimo, porém os próprios funcionários não respeitam as regras de uso adequado da máscara, qdo fui fazer minhas unhas tinham vários com a máscara abaixo do nariz, achei um total desrespeito com os clientes.
The salon is great, but the employees themselves do not respect the rules for the proper use of the mask, when I went to do my nails there were several with the mask under the nose, I found a total disrespect with customers.

Fiquei muito Insatisfeita pelo fato do “profissional Joaquim Ferraz “ ñ fazer as mechas e sim a equipe dele “por sinal ótimos profissionais”. Paguei mais caro quase 600 reais para fazer com o Joaquim e sua equipe e não com a equipe e o Joaquim. Ele só fez a franja a equipe que fez todo o resto! Indico a Camila que trabalha lá que você vai pagar mais barato e ela que vai fazer seu cabelo! Quando eu estava no lavatório inclusive outras duas clientes chegam a questionar essas mesmas coisas e o Joaquim nem no salão estava mais….
Very organized salon, wonderful staff. I was very dissatisfied with the fact that “professional Joaquim Ferraz” didn't do the locks, but his team “by the way, great professionals”. I paid almost 600 reais more to do it with Joaquim and his team and not with the team and Joaquim. He just did the bangs the team did everything else! I tell Camila who works there that you'll pay cheaper and she'll do your hair! When I was at the lavatory, two other clients even questioned these same things and Joaquim wasn't even in the salon anymore….
