★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz várias tentativas por telefone, com ligações interurbanas para marcar horário para cabelo e maquiagem para 5 pessoas neste salão desde sábado. A funcionária que atendeu, ironizou o tempo todo dizendo que a proprietária, a Sra. Magna ia casar e que as funcionárias estavam cuidando dela e que depois tinha que ver a agenda para saber se tinha horário disponível. Percebi durante a minha procura que não tem muitos salões em Serrinha, mas não é correto tratar os possíveis clientes assim. Será que vocês estão tão ricos e atendem tantas celebridades que não precisam de mais clientes? A cidade é tão grande e lotada que desfazer dos clientes é um bom jeito de ganhar mais?!
Após conversar com parentes e amigos que moram nesta cidade, descobri que faz parte da estratégia desta empresa tratar assim as pessoas, fazem uma seleção de quais pessoas vão atender e que tipo de tratamento vão dar. Se pensarmos que o atendimento para 5 pessoas com penteados e maquiagem, renderia o valor médio seria R$ 150,00, o estabelecimento ganharia em algumas horas R$ 750,00 reais , mas elas dispensaram, porque são tão chiques e famosos que só atendem estrelas.

I made several attempts over the phone, with long distance calls to schedule hair and makeup for 5 people at this salon since Saturday. The attendant who mocked all the time said that the owner, Mrs. Magna was going to get married and that the staff were taking care of her, and then had to look at her schedule to see if she had any time available. I noticed during my search that there are not many salons in Serrinha, but it is not correct to treat potential customers like this. Are you so rich and serving so many celebrities that you don't need more customers? The city is so big and crowded that getting rid of customers is a good way to earn more ?!
After talking with relatives and friends who live in this city, I found that it is part of the strategy of this company to treat people so, make a selection of which people will meet and what kind of treatment they will give. If we think that the service for 5 people with hairstyles and makeup would yield the average value would be $ 150.00, the establishment would earn in a few hours $ 750.00 reais, but they dismissed, because they are so chic and famous that only meet stars.
