Very good service and very friendly service! I always send my Shitzu there for a bath and grooming and he always comes back very fragrant and clearly he gets along very well with the people there! I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apaixonada pelo tratamento que eles tem com os animais, a Marília e seu Hélio são profissionais que amam o que fazem. Nao levo minha cadela em outro lugar, ela é super bem tratada no salão dog, toda vez que eu saio para passear com minha cadelinha ela tem que passar no pet para cumprimentar os dois, ela ama tomar banho lá. Pet shop é pequeno mas tudo o que eles fazem lá é com muito amor pelos bichinhos
Passionate about the way they treat animals, Marília and her Hélio are professionals who love what they do. I don't take my dog anywhere else, she is very well treated in the dog salon, every time I go out for a walk with my dog she has to go to the pet to greet them both, she loves taking a shower there. Pet shop is small but everything they do there is with a lot of love for the pets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência não foi boa. Em 19/01 mandei minha cachorrinha para aparar o pelo, é uma Shitzu, eles fizeram uma tosa que nunca vi igual, horrível. Na carinha dela que eu pedi pra não cortar, cortaram demais e no corpo, de menos além de muito mal feito ficou cheiro de pontas, tudo mundo que via quilo pensava que era eu quem tinha feito aquela "tosa" coisa de amador que pra ser ruim tem que melhorar muito.
Resumo: na mesma semana tive que levar a cachorra em um tosador lá no floresta e pra ficar mais harmonico a pelagem, tive que fazer uma tosa bebê, o que não era meus planos, mesmo assim não deu pra consertar o que foi feito na carinha e cabeça dela. Foi minha primeira e última vez. So estou me manifestando hoje pq esperei minha raiva diminuir, pois me dá tristeza todas as vezes que olha pra cachorra.
Unfortunately my experience was not good. On January 19 I sent my dog to trim the hair, it's a Shitzu, they made a cough that I never saw the same, horrible. In the face of her that I asked not to cut, cut too much and in the body, less than very badly done, it smelled of tips, everyone who saw that thought I was the one who had done that "cough" amateur thing to be bad has to improve a lot.
Summary: the same week I had to take the dog in a coughing in the forest and to be more harmonious the coat, I had to make a baby cough, which was not my plans, but still could not fix what was done in the face and her head. It was my first and last time. So I'm expressing myself today because I waited for my anger to diminish, because it gives me sadness every time I look at the dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Horrível! Se eu pudesse não daria NENHUMA estrela. Cortaram a orelha do meu cachorro no banho e tosa. Evitem esse local.
Terrible! Horrible! If I could I wouldn't give ANY stars. They cut my dog's ear off in the bath and shave it off. Avoid this place.
