São profissionais competentes, educados, que não só importam em executar um excelente trabalho,mas tbém se importam em fazer seus clientes sentirem nesse ambiente, uma extensão da sua própria casa, com o carinho ,amizade e dedicação que nos é dado!!!! Sou apaixonada pela proprietária Lívia Gonçalves(profissional nota 1000), pelos funcionários, e pelo lugar, indico a todos de olhos fechados, não tem como não se apaixonar!!!!
I have been attending the Elegance Hall for 16 years, and I have no words to express my satisfaction in being a regular customer of this establishment!!! They are competent, educated professionals, who not only care about performing an excellent job, but also care about making their customers feel in this environment, an extension of their own home, with the affection, friendship and dedication that is given to us!!!! I'm in love with the owner Lívia Gonçalves (a 1000-grade professional), the employees, and the place, I show everyone with my eyes closed, there's no way not to fall in love!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista é um amor, só que a cabeleireira que me atendeu esfregou as pontas do meu cabelo várias vezes com muita força, se ela tivesse unha grande tinha arranhado o meu rosto e meu pescoço e etc... Ela parece q estava nervosa com algo , não gostei do atendimento e estragou as pontas do meu cabelo, não se esfrega as pontas!
The receptionist is a sweetheart, but the hairdresser who attended me rubbed the ends of my hair several times very hard, if she had long nails she would have scratched my face and neck and etc... She looks like she was nervous about something , I didn't like the service and it ruined the ends of my hair, you don't rub the ends!
