A cabeleireira só me falou quanto custava o corte sem me falar que era somente o corte em ter adicionais, daí ela já foi pedindo para que eu sentasse pra começar a cortar meu cabelo, cheguei a mostrar para ela uma foto do modelo do cabelo de como eu queria. Meu cabelo estava sujo, ela molhou bastante com um borrifador e acabou fazendo um corte totalmente diferente do que eu pedi/mostrei, ainda deixou torto. No final ela não finalizou meu cabelo, fiquei com o cabelo encharcado, ainda por cima queria que eu pagasse para ela secar, sendo que meu cabelo estava sujo e não fazia sentido pagar para secar!
Terrible. I went on 05/04/2021. The hairdresser only told me how much the cut cost without telling me that it was only the cut to have extras, so she was already asking me to sit down to start cutting my hair, I even showed her a picture of the hair model of how I wanted. My hair was dirty, it got wet with a spray bottle and ended up making a cut totally different from what I asked / showed, it still left crooked. In the end she did not finish my hair, my hair was soaked, on top of that she wanted me to pay for it to dry, since my hair was dirty and it made no sense to pay to dry!
