Quando você vai comprar todos te atendem bem, mas quando vai resolver é um jogo de empurra, uma atendente não quis resolver mesmo a gerente pedindo por telefone, essa que me atendeu, chegou a pegar mecha e passar creme e penteia e até insinuou que o cabelo não parece da loja, concordou na minha frente que não estava normal, colocou culpa no creme, na colocação menos na loja, ainda sim tive q voltar no outro dia a gente fez o msm processo e o meu cabelo que era pra ser cacheado continuou black embolado, elas alegam que você não penteia, que não sabem cuidar, enfim muitos culpados menos a loja. NÃO RECOMENDO, NÃO COMPREM PRA TEREM PREJUÍZO. ESTOU PAGANDO E SEM O CABELO, AINDA TIVERAM CORAGEM DE ME OFERECER COMPRAR OUTRO JÁ QUE AQUELE TAVA HORRÍVEL. UM VERDADEIRO DESRESPEITO.

O cabelo não parece humano,embola,péssima qualidade, fiz o pacote comprei o cabelo e fiz a mao de obra na loja ,ou seja sair frustrada ,o cabelo não ficou do jeito q queria,informei q seria para o meu aniversário,paguei um valor caro pra sair frustrada,As implantistas que colocaram, sim porque fui eu e mais uma pessoa são entremamente grossas,não aceitam opinião,uns nó grosso,meu cabelo ficou todo no chão,por que não tem um mínimo cuidado com o dinheiro do cliente,ainda por cima ficam falando mal da gente na língua deles já que eles acham que agente não vai entender
