★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é muito, apenas a Sra que mede a temperatura... nada simpática... muita questão de aferir a temperatura mas o lugar está cheio e com ar condicionado no máximo....
Service is great, just the lady who measures the temperature ... not very friendly ... a lot of measuring the temperature but the place is full and with air conditioning at most ....

Chegou no horário agendado (16:30), tinham 2 pessoas aguardando e se quisesse realizar o procedimento mesmo assim (que é demorado) só sairia meia noite!!!?? Como assim? Resultado: minha esposa não volta mais, não indica para ninguém e ainda fica aqui o relato para todos verem.
Uncommitted by appointment. Basic principle of organization. Arrived at the scheduled time (4:30 p.m.), had 2 people waiting and if you wanted to do the procedure anyway (which is time consuming) it would only leave midnight !!! ?? As well? Result: My wife does not come back, she does not tell anyone, and the story is still here for everyone to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!!!! Marquei um horário no sábado, para fazer mechas com a Andrea Karla, me ligaram na sexta, desmarcando, tentei mais uma vez e remarquei para o próximo sábado. E, adivinhem? Fui até lá, chovendo, e chegando lá, meu nome não estava na agenda e a profissional nem estava no salão. Não adianta nada a empresa ter excelentes profissionais de cabelo e etc, se a o atendimento na recepção, que é o primeiro contato que temos com a empresa, é péssimo.
Too bad !!!!! I made an appointment on Saturday to make strings with Andrea Karla, they called me on Friday, unselected, tried again and rescheduled for next Saturday. And, guess what? I went there, raining, and getting there, my name was not on the agenda and the professional was not even in the room. It's no good thing the company has excellent hair professionals and etc, if the attendance at the reception, which is the first contact we have with the company, is lousy.

Hoje eu queria cortar o cabelo, mas não sabia onde.
Na escolha do local, fui seguindo minha intuição.
Entrei em alguns, saí... até parar no salão Citrino.
Fui MUITO bem recebida, fui sentindo que era ali e por "sorte" (!!), o Marcelo Couto conseguiu cortar meu cabelo. Que prazer que foi conhecê-lo! Me senti segura e muito bem do início ao fim.
Saí do salão com um sentimento de gratidão que não tem preço.
