Fui ccliente da Marilene por muitos anos, mas tem uma hora que não dá mais pra aguentar.
Para se ter uma ideia, se quiser fazer mechas com a própria dona do salão (Marilene) em um dia de sábado, (que em muitos casos é o unico dia que dá para aquelas mulheres que trabalham o dia inteiro assim como eu), tem que ligar pro salão pra agendar a vez. Após isso, É NECESSÁRIO chegar ao salão antes das 8h (horario que abre), senao corre o risco de perder a vez e nao ser a primeira no atendimento. Será que já nao bastava a ordem de agendamento por telefone!?!?
Pois bem, nao termina por aí...
Além de ter ficar esperando as portas do salão abrirem em um lugar nao muito seguro que é o bairro de Canudos, a dona do slão só vai chegar no salão a partir das 10h30 da manhã, pra pegar no cabelo daquele primeiro clinte que ficou esperando desde as 7h30. É mole isso!?!?

Total lack of respect for the customer.
I've been a Marilene client for many years, but there's a time I can't take it anymore.
To give you an idea, if you want to make locks with the owner of the salon (Marilene) on a Saturday, (which in many cases is the only day for those women who work all day like me), have to call the salon to schedule the time. After that, it IS NECESSARY to arrive at the salon before 8 am (opening time), otherwise you risk losing your turn and not being the first in attendance. Could it be that the scheduling order by phone was not enough!?!?
Well, it doesn't end there...
In addition to waiting for the salon doors to open in a not very safe place, the Canudos neighborhood, the owner of the salon will only arrive at the salon from 10:30 am, to pick up the hair of that first client who has been waiting since at 7:30 am. Is that soft!?!?
I, AS A CONSUMER, DEMAND RESPECT!!!
