★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço trança a alguns anos e infelizmente precisei trocar de tracista, procurei por indicações e comentários pela Internet e redes sociais, pois bem, vim parar na Rainha q é até próximo de casa.
No agendamento foi cobrado um sinal de 50.00 para que eu pudesse ter o horário garantido, e se em 10 dias eu desistisse ou desmarcasse, teria o valor de volta, caso passasse dos 10 dias não teria o valor de volta. Paguei e não desmarquei.
Estou aqui com o horário marcado para as 10:00hs
Fui informada do valor com o material incluso
* não tinha a opção que eu queria
E apenas 2 cores disponíveis próximo ao q se encaixaria na cor ...optei por preto.
* Atrasou meia hr pra começar
* apenas 1 pessoa trancando que saiu para almoçar e não tinha ninguém para revezar, fiquei 40 minutos esperando
* trancista nem um pouco carismática.

Mas acima de tudo procuro bom atendimento
Por eu ter vindo de outro profissional, o mínimo q eu esperava era uma sondagem
Disponibilidade de material, valor cobrado esta acima do mercado, por esse motivo principalmente que eu esperava mais e antes mesmo de começar a trancar me perguntou qual seria a forma de pagamento.
