Com atendimento marcado um dia antes e confirmado no dia através de ligação da recepcionista (essa sim, muito gentil), cheguei pontualmente e uma cabeleireira estava lavando o cabelo da outra, nem olharam pra minha cara e como se eu não existisse uma delas ficou discutindo com a recepcionista dizendo que não iria atender pq já estava se arrumando. Para amenizar, a recepcionista propôs A ELA reduzir os serviços MARCADOS e ainda ficaram discutindo na minha frente que uma delas teria que me atender, fui totalmente ignorada! Claro que depois dessa cena lamentável me recusei a ser atendida por elas, mesmo pq não chegaram a nenhuma conclusão, e eu nunca iria permitir alguém com tamanha má vontade e falta de profissionalismo tocar no meu cabelo... Peraí, os serviços estavão marcados e confirmados! Cheguei pontualmente! Eu pagaria por isso, não estava pedindo nenhum favor. Completo absurdo!
Zero professionalism on the part of hairdressers. With an appointment the day before and confirmed on the day through a call from the receptionist (this one is very kind), I arrived on time and one hairdresser was washing the other's hair, they didn't even look at my face and as if I didn't exist one of them was arguing with the receptionist saying she wouldn't answer because she was already getting ready. To alleviate it, the receptionist proposed TO HER reduce the MARKED services and they were still arguing in front of me that one of them would have to attend to me, I was totally ignored! Of course, after this unfortunate scene I refused to be attended to by them, even because they didn't reach any conclusions, and I would never allow someone with such unwillingness and lack of professionalism to touch my hair... Wait, the services were scheduled and confirmed! I arrived on time! I would pay for this, I wasn't asking for any favors. Complete nonsense!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os profissionais são maravilhosos, muitos do antigo Souza. De manicure recomendo a Marlene, faz uma mão como ninguém, e para cabelo a Rosane. Fora isso os preços são muito justos e o salão fica numa ótima localização.
All the professionals are wonderful, many from the old Souza. For manicure I recommend Marlene, make a hand like no one else, and for hair, Rosane. Other than that the prices are very fair and the salon is in a great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salão simples de bairro dentro da galeria Pirajá 318 primeiro piso. Ótimas manicures e ótimo preço. Fui atendida pela Marlene e adorei! Achei muito interessantes as divisórias de acrílico entre as poltronas.
Simple neighborhood salon inside the Pirajá 318 gallery on the first floor. Great manicures and great price. I was attended by Marlene and I loved it! I found the acrylic dividers between the armchairs very interesting.
