★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente agradável. Resultado muito bom. Foi minha primeira vez. Falta só ofertar as clientes um cafezinho, um chá ou um suco. Tem somente água pra beber. Talvez uns biscoitinhos doces ou salgados também seria interessante. Essa é a única crítica. No final ganhei serenatas... gostei... não sei se foi só por causa do dia das mulheres amanhã. De toda forma eu indico e pretendo retornar em breve ?

Maybe some sweet or savory cookies would also be interesting. That is the only criticism. In the end I won serenades ... I liked it ... I don't know if it was just because of Women's Day tomorrow. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma escova inteligente nos cabelos e o resultado fica maravilhoso. O salão é de Sandra e suas filhas. Local agradável de se estar e o chocolate quente servido as clientes em espera, maravilhoso. Pena meu cabelo não ter passado no teste, as mechas q elas produzem são lindas. Recomendo o local!
I did a smart brush on my hair and the result is wonderful. The hall is by Sandra and her daughters. Nice place to be and the hot chocolate served to the waiting customers, wonderful. Too bad my hair didn't pass the test, the locks they produce are beautiful. Highly recommend the location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei insatisfeita pq fiz inteligente em novembro e só alisou a raiz,reclamei,marcaram uma data muito depois podendo tentarem resolver prontamente,não confirmei e mesmo assim não pude comparecer por problemas pessoais, 15 dias depois fui fazer as mechas q estavam marcadas e mostrei q o cabelo estava muito ondulado, pediu q retornasse em Janeiro, quando liguei para marcar,a proprietária falou q estava fora do prazo e q eu deveria pagar o valor para fazer novamente,como assim?! Se havia um prazo para refazer era para ter ficado acordado,outra era obrigação do salão avisar q eu teria até prazo determinado para fazer! Lamentável!

If there was a deadline to redo it, it was to have stayed awake, another was the salon's obligation to warn that I would have a deadline to do it! Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Ambiente é bem decorado, é bonito e transmite o cuidado que elas queriam passar para a cliente. Todavia, no dia que eu fui conhecer o salão para fazer um corte com horário agendado, fiquei esperando mais de uma hora e fui surpreendida logo na recepção, com a moça que me recepcionou sem qualquer tipo de máscara de proteção, em plena pandemia e uso obrigatório do EPI, prestei atenção todo o tempo e em nenhum momento eu a vi usando o EPI, ação também vista em outras funcionárias e clientes. E mais, o salão estava lotado, aceitando mais e mais clientes. Uma pena que a minha primeira impressão do salão foi essa, pois fui lá deslumbrada pelo Instagram impecável, mas pessoalmente acho que faltou um pouco de organização da equipe, entendo que o momento está difícil para todos, mas é possível organizar uma agenda em tempos de pandemia.

However, on the day that I went to the salon to make a cut with a scheduled time, I was waiting more than an hour and I was surprised at the reception, with the girl who welcomed me without any type of protective mask, in full pandemic and use. mandatory EPI, I paid attention all the time and at no time did I see her using EPI, an action also seen in other employees and clients. What's more, the hall was packed, accepting more and more customers. It is a pity that my first impression of the salon was this, as I was dazzled by the impeccable Instagram, but personally I think that the team lacked a little organization, I understand that the moment is difficult for everyone, but it is possible to organize an agenda in times of pandemic.
