★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato por ligação para perguntar valor do corte um homem atendeu e disse não saber valor do procedimento e que passaria o telefone para esposa a mesma ao me atender quando a comprimentei e perguntei seu nome além de não me responder me questionou sobre o que eu queria em tom arrogante dizendo ser telefone de um salão de beleza e que estava fazendo um atendimento com química e não teria tempo para bater papo no telefone em tom de voz grosseiro... Com muita paciência expliquei a mesma todo o processo do meu atendimento e que ao questionar valores com o esposo dela o mesmo me passou para ela e sendo assim o motivo da minha ligação não seria para bater papo .... A mulher dona do salão então disse os valores em tom de ironia de até coisas que eu não perguntei além de quando questionei se ela teria algum horário vago para atendimento no dia de hoje a mesma respondeu que não teria e que já estava: - com o suficiente de agendamentos por hoje...Sendo assim com toda a minha educação disse a mesma que eu iria verificar se em outra data eu teria disponibilidade para verificar com ela algum agendamento.
***Entendo que pessoas tem dias ruins mas acredito que quando se é prestador de serviços o mínimo exigido é educação e empatia, sinto muito não me sentir segura em confiar no seu trabalho após seu atendimento por telefone sendo eu uma possível futura cliente, espero de verdade que a Sra. entenda minhas palavras como uma crítica construtiva e que a Sra. não precise estar do outro lado para entender o que eu digo.

I got in touch by calling to ask the value of the cut, a man answered and said he did not know the value of the procedure and that he would pass the phone on to his wife, the same woman when answering me when I greeted her and asked her name in addition to not answering me, she asked me about what I I wanted in an arrogant tone saying it was a beauty salon phone and that I was doing an appointment with chemistry and I wouldn't have time to chat on the phone in a rude tone of voice... With a lot of patience I explained to her the whole process of my service and that when questioning values with her husband, the same passed to her and so the reason for my call would not be to chat .... The woman who owns the salon then said the values in an ironic tone of even things that I didn't I asked, in addition to when I asked if she would have any vacant hours for attendance today, she replied that she wouldn't have it and that she was already: - with enough appointments for today... So with all my politeness she said that I would check if I would be available on another date to check with her for an appointment.
***I understand that people have bad days but I believe that when you are a service provider, the minimum required is education and empathy, I'm sorry I don't feel safe to trust your work after your phone service, I'm a possible future client, I hope I really hope you understand my words as constructive criticism and that you don't need to be on the other side to understand what I say.
