★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei, fui muito bem atendida por todos. Especialmente por Rafael que agendou tudo pra mim por telefone, já que o tempo não foi o suficiente para eu ir até o salão. Amei o cabelo e a make. Na imagem ainda estou de cabelo preso, quando soltei ficou perfeito. Obrigada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meu horário marcado era as 14:20 , começaram a fazer minha manutenção da unha 14:30 , até aí tudo bem ! uma manutenção que geralmente duraria 1:30 pois tinha 4 unhas quebradas durou 3 horas e ainda nem deu tempo de esmaltar pois eu tinha um compromisso as 16:30 e já havia passado da hora. se pelo menos tivesse ficado bom o trabalho, mas não serviço de péssima qualidade e ainda conseguiu estragar as outras unhas que nem precisava mexer eu mais de uma vez tive que falar para ela parar pois estava ficando tudo torto . vou ter que ir para meu compromisso com a unha do pé sem fazer e a da mão um lixo. super chateada com o serviço de manicure, o cabelo escovei nada a reclamar .
my schedule was 14:20, they started doing my nail maintenance 14:30, so far so good! a maintenance that usually would last 1:30 because it had 4 broken nails lasted 3 hours and still did not give time to enamel because I had a commitment at 16:30 and it was past time. if at least it had been good work, but not service of bad quality and still managed to ruin the other nails that did not need to move me more than once had to tell her to stop because it was getting all crooked. I'm going to have to go to my nail-to-toe appointment and hand it over. super upset with the manicure service, the hair brushed nothing to complain about.

Optei pelo estabelecimento por ficar aberto até 20:00 horas, na chegada optei por não pagar um pacote, até porque não sabia se iria gostar dos serviços ofertados. Optei por cortar, escovar (meu cabelo é liso), e "fazer unha" mão+pé. Valor dos serviços R$172,00, não me ofereceram nem um chá, nem uma bala, havia esquecido meus chinelos me cobraram pelo mesmo, além disso meu cabelo ficou tão duro que após chegar em casa precisei lavar-lo novamente. Enfim, Socila Nunca Mais!!!
Poor quality service and abusive prices! I opted for the establishment to stay open until 8:00 pm, on arrival I chose not to pay a package, because I didn't know if I would like the services offered. I chose to cut, brush (my hair is straight), and "nail" hand + foot. Value of services R $ 172.00, they offered me neither tea nor candy, I had forgotten my slippers charged me for it, moreover my hair got so hard that after arriving home I had to wash it again. Anyway, Socila Never Again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhuma preocupação com normas sanitária. Profissional com máscara incorreta, retirou e me soprou no rosto. Utilizou uma pinça que já estava no balcão, provavelmente utilizada outro cliente, sem esterilização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! O atendimento é péssimo e os serviços também. O cabeleireiro só seca o cabelo, não escova. A manicure tira bifes. E na depilação a moça deixou o papel rasgar e os pedaços ficaram colados na canela. Ou seja, nada funciona por lá!
Bad experience! The service is terrible and the services too. The hairdresser only dries the hair, not brushes it. The manicurist takes out steaks. And while waxing, the girl let the paper rip and the pieces stuck to her shin. In other words, nothing works there!

Comprei um pacote carissimo que incluía manicure, design de sobrancelhas/henna, escova.. estragaram minha sobrancelha, meu cabelo e minha unha. profissionais pouquíssimos qualificados, uma confusão dentro do salão: a manicure estava com problemas com a dona do salão, me atendeu super mal, quem fez minha sobrancelha manchou meu rosto inteiro com henna. sério, foi horrível!
Never come back in life! I bought a very expensive package that included a manicure, eyebrows/henna design, brush... they ruined my eyebrows, my hair and my nails. very few qualified professionals, a mess inside the salon: the manicurist was having problems with the owner of the salon, she treated me very badly, whoever did my eyebrow smeared my entire face with henna. seriously, it was horrible!
