★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento com a Sales tem um ano. No inicio foi maravilhoso, super atenciosos e ágeis.
Deixei como garantia um caução com a Mapfre, indicado pela própria imobiliária. Todo o processo de papelada etc feito por eles (Sales).
Entreguei o apartamento dia 04/04/21 e até o dia de hoje, 15/07/21 não recebi o valor da garantia de volta.
Já entrei em contato milhares de vezes, por email, telefone, já liguei na Mapfre, entrei com reclamação pelo consumidor.gov e nada.
A Sales diz que a culpa é da Mapfre e a Mapfre diz que a Sales que não encaminhou os documentos necessários.
Não indico o serviço deles, um enorme pouco caso com o consumidor.
I rented an apartment with Sales a year ago. In the beginning it was wonderful, super attentive and agile.
I left a guarantee with Mapfre, indicated by the real estate agency. All paperwork etc process done by them (Sales).
I delivered the apartment on 04/04/21 and until today, 07/15/21 I have not received the guarantee amount back.
I've been in contact thousands of times, by email, phone, I've called Mapfre, filed a complaint through consumer.gov and nothing.
Sales says that Mapfre is to blame and Mapfre says that Sales did not forward the necessary documents.
I don't indicate their service, a huge little problem with the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a corretora informando todos os dados do imóvel para ser anunciado para locação, confiando na imobiliária. Depois de muita dificuldade para obter respostas, descobri que o anúncio sequer foi feito. A imobiliária ainda tem coragem de responder que a culpa é minha por só ter um contato entre os 50. Faça-me o favor! Nem se preocupou em saber quem errou. Um caso absurdo de falta de educação, pouco caso e falta de profissionalismo!
I got in touch with the broker informing all the data about the property to be advertised for lease, trusting the real estate agency. After a lot of trouble getting answers, I found out that the ad wasn't even done. The real estate agency still has the courage to answer that it's my fault for only having one contact among the 50. Do me a favor! He didn't even bother to find out who was wrong. An absurd case of lack of education, little case and lack of professionalism!

infelizmente vou ter q ir na justiça. não recomendo
I don't recommend it, I returned the property in December 2021 it's been 3 months and they didn't return my rent deposit, feeling robbed.
Unfortunately I will have to go to court. I do not recommend
