Disorganized place, uncommitted employees, totally dissatisfied customer, I don't recommend it, bad service, it's no use having the product and a bunch of incompetents to work with.

Tive duas experiĂȘncias na loja, a primeira depois de aguardar uns 20 minutos me ofereceram coxinha congelada e na segunda comprei 25 coxinhas para minha filha levar ao ColĂ©gio e me deram as coxinhas numa embalagem que chamam de copĂŁo, a loja nĂŁo tinha caixa, questionei uma atendente loira de Ăłculos , que por sinal, completamente despreparada para o
atendimento e a resposta foi que nĂŁo compensava oferecer caixas naquela quantidade, eu gentilmente disse que se nĂŁo queriam oferecer ao cliente a caixa, poderiam ter pra venda, se tivesse naquele momento eu teria comprado e ela continuou dizendo que nĂŁo conpensava, agora eu pergunto isso Ă© desprezo mesmo pelo cliente ou Ă© falta de visĂŁo de negĂłcio ? Mais em resumo eu nĂŁo compro mais nessa empresa e nĂŁo recomendo.
The fried snacks in general are very good, the baked goods are not good, now the service... this is BAD.

â â â â â Particularmente nĂŁo gostei da massa dos salgados, no entanto as sobremesas estavam divinas! Por esse motivo certamente experimentarei novamente os salgados para ver se foi apenas um dia ruim, precisamos ter em mente que um alimento artesanal sofre variaçÔes constantemente.
O atendimento foi Ăłtimo e a limpeza impecavel.
I didn't particularly like the pastry dough, however the desserts were divine! For this reason I will certainly try the snacks again to see if it was just a bad day, we need to keep in mind that an artisanal food constantly undergoes variations.
The service was great and the cleanliness impeccable.
