★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO DEFINE ESSE LUGAR!!!
Fiz uma encomenda para retirada no domingo, tudo com antecedência, era para uma festa surpresa! No domigo, comecei a entrar em contato desde as 9 da manhã, simplesmente me ignoravam tanto por mensagem quanto por ligação (delisgavam a chamada). No horário combinado fui retirar, e pasmem, lugar fechado!!!! Mandei mensagem mais uma vez e simplesmente me disseram que era até as 15h a retirada. Agora me pergunto, tentei entrar em contaro desde as 9 e fui ignorada, chegueo no local para retirada exatamente 15h45, e desde o dia que encomendei NINGUÉM avisou sobre o horário!!! Tenho provas de tudo!!! Tenho certeza que simplesmente "esqueceram" de fazer minha encomenda, e ainda quiseram me deixar como a errada da história. Se desde o início tivessem me dito a verdade, eu teria sim ficado chateada, mas partiria pro plano B da festa, e entenderia que erros acontecem. Mas a arrogância do lugar foi a pior parte. Totalmente decepcionada!!!!
 LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM DEFINES THIS PLACE!!!
I placed an order for pick up on Sunday, all in advance, it was for a surprise party! On Sunday, I started to get in touch since 9 am, they simply ignored me both by text and by phone (the call ended). At the agreed time I went to remove, and amazingly, closed place!!!! I texted one more time and they simply told me that it was until 3pm for pick up. Now I wonder, I tried to get into contaro since 9 and I was ignored, I arrived at the place for pick up exactly 15:45, and since the day I ordered NO ONE told me about the time!!! I have proof of everything!!! I'm sure they just "forgot" to place my order, and still wanted to leave me as the wrong one in the story. If they had told me the truth from the beginning, I would have been upset, but I would have gone to plan B at the party, and I would understand that mistakes happen. But the arrogance of the place was the worst part. Totally disappointed!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com certeza depois do sucesso está deixando a desejar... Existem salgaderias de bairros com salgadinhos 1000 vezes melhor...haaa e atendentes também só lamento.
Surely after the success it's leaving something to be desired... There are neighborhood salgaderias with snacks 1000 times better...haaa and attendants too, I'm just sorry.

A balconista ou gerente nao sei o q la dessa empresa nos olhou e fez um comentario baixinho com o rapaz q trabalha junto mas q deu para mim ouvir. (Inclusive me pareceu q era pra mim escutar mesmo)
Acho isso uma falta de respeito e empatia pois eu nunca havia ido la e nem minha sobrinha q é adolescente, portanto ficamos na duvida do q pegar pois nao conhecia os tipos de salgados q vende nesse comercio.
Acho q deviam rever os conceitos de como tratar os clientes ou pelo menos disfarcar qdo forem falar mal dos mesmos pois foi uma situacao bem chata a q passamos.
E pior do q isso foi a forma como nos olhou qdo fomos embora, parecia q era melhor do q nos. Ela nem me conhece e nem sabe se tenho algo ou nao. Mas independentemente de qlq coisa, ninguem e melhor do q ninguem.
Sem mais, nao indico e se me pedirem indicacao eu falarei o q passei.
I didn't like the service.
The clerk or manager I don't know what there at that company looked at us and made a low comment with the guy who works together but I could hear. (I even thought I was supposed to listen)
I think this is a lack of respect and empathy because I had never been there and neither had my niece who is a teenager, so we were in doubt what to get because I didn't know the types of snacks sold in this store.
I think they should review the concepts of how to treat customers or at least disguise when they are going to speak ill of them because it was a very boring situation we went through.
And worse than that was the way he looked at us when we left, it seemed like he was better than us. She doesn't even know me and doesn't even know if I have something or not. But no matter what, no one is better than anyone else.
Without further ado, I do not recommend and if you ask me for a recommendation I will tell you what I went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A salgaderia que é tradicional em ribeirão, que já deteve o titulo de melhor bolinho de bacalhau da cidade, hoje inova em variedades diferenciadas de salgados, experimentem a esfirra de brócolis e ricota ou de escarola. Uma melhor que a outra.
Ainda tem uma variedade de salgados um melhor que o outro, acompanhados de um delicioso molho de pimenta.
Vale a pena experimentar.
The traditional salgaderia in Ribeirão, which once held the title of best codfish cake in the city, today innovates in different varieties of savory snacks, try the esfirra of broccoli and ricotta or endive. One better than the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento o local há anos mas fiquei um tempo sem visitá-los e infelizmente me decepcionei muito com a experiência.
O local parece abandonado em relação a zeladoria, paredes e cadeiras encardidas que apenas com uma esponja e um desengordurante já fariam a diferença.
A empada era excelente mas dessa vez a de palmito além de gelada mesmo na estufa estava horrível, e outros salgados nem de longe lembravam os que comia frequentemente.
Uma dó de ver. Espero que os donos e funcionários se liguem e cuidem dos detalhes pq a concorrência agora oferecem muito mais até com preços melhores.
Fica a dica. Sempre recomendei mas se não melhorar não volto mais...
I've been going to this place for years but I didn't visit them for a while and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the experience.
The place seems abandoned in relation to janitor, walls and grimy chairs that just with a sponge and a degreaser would already make a difference.
The empada was excellent, but this time the heart of palm, besides being cold even in the oven, was horrible, and other savory dishes were not even remotely reminiscent of the ones I ate often.
A pity to see. I hope the owners and employees will call and take care of the details because the competition now offers much more even at better prices.
Here's the tip. I've always recommended it but if it doesn't improve I won't come back...
