★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salgado é ótimo, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Ontem de manhã (21/03/2020) estive na filial da Av. Saudade pra comprar alguns salgados com a minha filha, o local estava vazio e haviam 3 meninas atendendo (uma no caixa e duas no balcão dos salgados) além do segurança na porta. Assim que chegamos minha filha cumprimentou com bom dia e perguntou se havia alguma promoção, a moça do caixa respondeu e em seguida perguntou: VOCÊS SÃO CHINESAS, NÉ? Na verdade somos japonesas que nasceram no Brasil, mas independente da nossa raça isso foi uma ignorância da parte dos funcionários que é lamentável. Fomos julgadas pela nossa aparência e o caos só não foi maior pq o local estava vazio, sem clientes pra nos olhar e condenar. De qualquer forma, nós saímos do local com a sensação péssima de discriminação pq foi uma tremenda falta de respeito com todos os orientais, pq acima disso somos consumidores como outro qualquer. Além disso, não havia nenhum aviso na salgaderia que é PROIBIDO A VENDA PARA ORIENTAIS e caso tenha sido um mal entendido, que os responsáveis pela empresa orientem melhor seus funcionários. Ah, só queria deixar registrado que assim como o racismo, xenofobia é crime também.
 The salty is great, but the service is terrible. Yesterday morning (03/21/2020) I was at the branch of Av. Saudade to buy some snacks with my daughter, the place was empty and there were 3 girls attending (one at the cashier and two at the savory counter) in addition to the security guard at door. As soon as we arrived my daughter greeted her with a good morning and asked if there was any promotion, the cashier girl replied and then asked: YOU ARE CHINESE, NE? We are actually Japanese who were born in Brazil, but regardless of our race this was an ignorance on the part of the employees that is unfortunate. We were judged by our appearance and the chaos was not greater because the place was empty, with no customers to look at us and condemn. Anyway, we left the place with the terrible feeling of discrimination because it was a tremendous lack of respect with all the Orientals, because above that we are consumers like any other. In addition, there was no warning in the snack bar that it is forbidden to sell to the East and if it was a misunderstanding, that those responsible for the company better guide their employees. Ah, I just wanted to note that, like racism, xenophobia is a crime too.
