Tinham 2 pessoas prestando atendimento nenhuma delas se levantou pra falar comigo, praticamente me ignoraram, quando eu me manifestei pra receber o atendimento apenas disseram "Acho que é uma dessas pastas aí no balcão". Somente depois de quase folear a pasta toda veio uma outra atendente falar comigo.
Poor face-to-face service. There were 2 people providing care, none of them got up to talk to me, they practically ignored me, when I expressed myself to receive care they just said "I think it's one of those folders on the counter". Only after almost browsing the entire folder did another attendant come to talk to me.
