★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau atendido, vendedor luiz nao deu atencao alguma nao respondeu as minhas duvidas quanto ao veiculo muito menos em relacao ao financiamento, infelizmente perdi meu tempo. Apos ir a outra agencia do grupo ( Celmar) fui informado que o carro que estava negociando era de leilao, sendo que o vendedor em momento algum comentou sobre isso, o vendedor insistiu dizendo que meu financiamento nao foi aprovado e ate mesmo afirmou que meu nome havia restricao sendo que nao havia. Resultado fui em outra agencia e financiei sem problema algum, infelizmente atitudes como essa que sujam o nome da consessionaria
 Very poor service, seller luiz paid no attention did not answer my doubts about the vehicle much less in relation to financing, unfortunately I wasted my time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, telefones não atendem, pessoalmente os vendedores também nao dao atenção . Faz mais de um mês que pedi reecal dos retrovisores e até agora nenhum retorno.
Bad service, phones do not answer, personally the salespeople also do not pay attention. It has been over a month since I asked for rearview mirror reecal and so far no return.
